Joshua Akintayo, Peace and Conflict Researcher at the University of Bayreuth and member of the research network Postcolonial Hierarchies in Peace and Conflict, has published a new article "Where the far-right is not: critical terrorism studies and the epistemological limits of far-right extremism in non-Western contexts" in the Journal of Critical Studies on Terrorism.

His work adds to the growing body of peace, conflict, and security research at the University of Bayreuth that C³ brings together across disciplines – here with a postcolonial perspective on how the categories of extremism research are formed, and where they reach their limits beyond Western contexts.
